Who are we?

The Hampshire Community Rail Partnership is a registered Community Interest Company which provides a link between the railway industry and local communities throughout Hampshire and its adjoining areas.

What do we do?

Our main objective is to carry out activities which encourage and promote increased usage of rail and sustainable transport for the benefit of people living in, working in or visiting Hampshire and the wide region.  Partners can include any individual, business or organisation who wants to positively contribute towards and develop the area’s rail routes, stations and local communities. This can range from small one-off practical initiatives to largescale and long-term improvements.

Projects and activities will seek to encourage and develop local passion, expertise and engagement, increased contribution of volunteers and businesses, in-kind support, pooling of resources and the enhancement of local and external investment. Such initiatives will seek to implement projects that develop social inclusion through art, educational, economic, cultural, environmental and other activities in and around stations for the benefit of local residents, businesses, economies and organisations. In fact, the list is endless!
